Program Manager - Enterprise Infrastructure & Facilities Transformation

The Program Manager will lead complex, enterprise-wide initiatives that span facility consolidation, infrastructure modernization, workspace transformation, and technology‑enabled change. This role partners closely with Operations, IT, Facilities, and Corporate Real Estate to deliver programs that align with strategic business objectives. The Program Manager is accountable to Executive Sponsors for scope, schedule, budget, quality, and stakeholder alignment across all program elements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end‑to‑end program delivery across planning, design, implementation, and close‑out.
  • Establish and manage program governance, budgets, schedules, and resource plans.
  • Drive cross‑functional collaboration across internal teams and external vendors.
  • Lead change management efforts to support adoption of new capabilities and ways of working.
  • Oversee infrastructure upgrades including power systems, HVAC, network, and data center enhancements.
  • Ensure quality assurance, commissioning, and validation of all program deliverables.
  • Provide executive‑level reporting and maintain alignment with senior leadership.
  • Identify, manage, and mitigate risks, issues, and change control across the program lifecycle.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience managing large‑scale infrastructure, facilities, or enterprise transformation programs.
  • Demonstrated leadership in cross‑functional, matrixed environments with strong stakeholder engagement.
  • Expertise in budgeting, vendor management, and program governance.
  • Exceptional communication, executive reporting, and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP or PgMP certification.
  • Experience in TSYS, financial services, payments, or other regulated environments.
  • Knowledge of facility systems and technology infrastructure.
  • Proficiency with MS Project or similar program management tools.
