The Global Labs team provides enterprise lab environments and test infrastructure used by Engineering, TAC, Product Management, Sales Engineering, and Customer Engagement teams worldwide. This role will lead the design, maintenance, and optimization of lab network infrastructure supporting customer POCs, product testing, demos, and escalation environments.

Must-Have Skills5-8 years of experience in Enterprise Networking, Data Center Operations, or Lab Infrastructure.Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, Routing, Switching, VLANs, Subnetting, and Firewalls.Hands-on experience with Cisco and/or RUCKUS networking technologies.Experience with wireless networks, WLAN controllers, terminal servers, and intelligent PDUs.Strong troubleshooting skills using Wireshark and network monitoring tools.Knowledge of VMware ESXi, Hyper-V, or KVM environments.Experience creating network diagrams, IP/VLAN plans, and technical documentation.Ability to lead projects and mentor junior technicians.Nice-to-Have SkillsCCNA, CCNP, RUCKUS, VMware, AWS/Azure, Network+, or Security+ certifications.Experience with Ixia, Spirent, and network performance testing tools.Background in vendor labs, enterprise test labs, MSP/VAR, or TAC environments.Exposure to customer-facing POCs, demos, and escalation support.Windows and Linux administration experience.Key ResponsibilitiesManage switching, routing, firewalls, wireless, remote access, and lab network infrastructure.Lead network refresh, segmentation, and remediation projects.Support customer demos, POCs, engineering testbeds, and TAC escalations.Troubleshoot complex network and wireless issues.Maintain accurate network documentation and mentor junior team members.
