JON GIBBS
EVP (GCS USA)
Jon Gibbs is the Founder of GCS US and sister company The Innovation-Hub with 15 years+ experience working in the Broadcast & Telco space. Following over a decade building successful sales teams within Europe working with leading operators, OEMs and Service Providers, he now leads our US operations specialising in the Telco & Broadcast industry. Alongside his role as Executive Vice President of GCS, Jon holds a number of advisory roles for technology businesses advising on technology roadmaps and growth.

TIM DUNNE
MANAGING DIRECTOR, GCS IRELAND
Tim Dunne is the Country Director of GCS Recruitment Specialists in Ireland. He began as a trainee in 2007, building the Irish desk from London before advancing to Senior, Principal, and Team Leader. In 2013, he led the launch of GCS’s Irish office, driving its growth and strengthening its market presence. With a deep expertise in technology recruitment, business development, and strategic leadership, Tim has been instrumental in expanding GCS’s footprint in Ireland. Passionate about delivering top talent and fostering industry partnerships, he continues to lead GCS Ireland toward sustained success.

LAWRENCE KELLY

Starting his career in 2006 with a background in financial sales, Lawrence quickly made his mark in the service desk market in the Thames Valley. He progressed to lead the permanent team and eventually took charge of operations across the UK. Known for his exceptional performance, Lawrence holds the record for the most placements made and is the company's all-time biggest biller.

Stacy Chance has been with GCS since December 2017, bringing over 13 years of experience within the IT Recruitment space. As the Head of UK recruitment, her and the team are dedicated to building strategic relationships and connecting top IT talent with leading businesses across the country. Together, Stacy and the team work closely to understand client needs and candidate aspirations, ensuring every match is a step towards mutual growth. This collaborative sprit and commitment to excellence make the UK recruitment division a trusted partner in navigating the ever-evolving IT Landscape.

EMMA ROBBINS
TEAM LEADER (EU DELIVERY)
Emma Robbins is the Team Manager for the EU delivery team at GCS, where she leads a high-performing team of experienced Account Managers and Delivery Consultants. With over six years at GCS, Emma brings deep expertise in account leadership, client relationship management, and delivery excellence across the European market. In 2022, Emma was recognised as the top Account Manager across the entire nGAGE group, a testament to her dedication to client success and talent delivery. As a supplier, she positions herself and her team as an extension of her clients’ brands—ensuring a deep understanding of what it takes to be a successful employee from a technical, cultural, and motivational perspective.

JAMIE SHARPSTONE
BUSINESS MANAGER, GCS CYBER
Jamie Sharpstone is the Head of GCS Cyber’s Global Contract Sales Division. With over eight years at GCS, Jamie has built strong relationships within the finance and fintech sectors. Before leading the global contract sales division, Jamie spent five years specialising in executive search and later headed GCS’s Infrastructure and Cloud markets. Jamie is responsible for tendering large-scale Statement of Work (SoW) projects, onboarding new global customers, and driving the land-and-expand strategy across GCS’s existing client base. With a proven track record of securing major projects and expanding international partnerships, Jamie continues to play a key role in GCS Cyber’s global growth.

SOPHIE DUNCAN
HEAD OF PARTNERSHIPS
With a proven track record in driving growth and building strong networks across the OEM, operator ISP provider, and streaming partner ecosystems, Sophie successfully led the development of RDK training and certification programs across Europe. Passionate about expanding the telecom and broadcasting industries, Sophie relocated to the U.S. to continue fuelling growth in these sectors. As the Head of Partnerships at GCS US, Sophie leads strategic alliances that drive continued innovation and market expansion. In addition to this role, Sophie serves as an advisor to several startups, where she plays a key role in launching new companies, securing funding, and building brand awareness by supporting organizations in navigating early-stage growth and establishing a strong market presence.

ANDREW BAXTER
HEAD OF SALES, GCS IRELAND
Andrew Baxter is the Head of Sales for GCS in Ireland. Since joining as a graduate in 2017, he has progressed through Lead and Principal roles, playing a pivotal part in GCS’s growth before stepping into his current position in 2022. With deep expertise in Cybersecurity and Network Engineering, he has been instrumental in expanding GCS’s presence in the Irish market. Leading a team of recruiters in Dublin, Andrew oversees hiring across DevOps, Data, and Cybersecurity. Passionate about developing top-class recruiters and fostering strong relationships with clients and candidates alike, he is dedicated to delivering exceptional service and ensuring GCS connects top tech talent with the right opportunities
