Job Description
Coordinate project activities across housing / construction programmes, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and dependencies are effectively tracked and communicated.Support project managers with planning, reporting, and governance, including maintaining RAID logs, project documentation, and status updates.Liaise with internal teams, contractors, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery and alignment across workstreams.Monitor progress against project schedules, proactively identifying risks, issues, and delays, and helping to drive resolutions.Bring prior experience within the housing or construction sector, with an understanding of industry processes, terminology, and project environments.
