What You'll Be Doing

As an Account Manager, you'll play a key role in driving business growth by:

  • Managing client relationships - owning and developing relationships with existing UK clients, understanding their hiring needs, and delivering tailored recruitment solutions.

  • Partnering with delivery teams - working closely with our sourcing and delivery consultants to ensure we identify top‑tier candidates and provide an excellent candidate experience.

  • Overseeing the full recruitment lifecycle - from job briefing and shortlisting to offer negotiation and aftercare.

  • Providing exceptional service - ensuring both clients and candidates receive a high‑quality, professional experience.

  • Driven and ambitious - thrives in a fast-paced environment, predominantly freelance market with experience of external hiring and familiarity with the Detachering model.

  • A strong communicator - confident in engaging with clients and candidates and building lasting relationships.

  • Passionate about technology - with experience in IT recruitment.
