About the Role

We are seeking a customer-focused IT Helpdesk Support Engineer to join a growing and dynamic IT services team based in Dundalk. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated support professional who enjoys solving technical issues, delivering exceptional customer service, and working in a fast-paced environment.

This position has opened as part of a backfill within the support team and offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced senior engineers who will provide guidance and escalation support when required.

Key ResponsibilitiesProvide first-line technical support to customers via phone, email, and remote support tools.Diagnose and resolve IT issues promptly, aiming for first-time resolution whenever possible.Support Microsoft desktop operating systems and business applications.Administer and support Microsoft 365 environments, including Exchange and SharePoint.Troubleshoot Active Directory and Group Policy issues.Support hardware including desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.Assist with backup, disaster recovery, antivirus, and security solutions.Support networking technologies including LAN, WAN, VPN, and firewall connectivity.Log, manage, and prioritize support tickets in line with service levels and customer expectations.Liaise with third-party vendors where necessary to ensure timely issue resolution.Required Skills & ExperienceMinimum 2 years' experience in a customer-facing IT support or helpdesk role.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.Experience supporting Microsoft Windows environments.Knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration.Familiarity with Active Directory and Group Policy.Experience with remote support tools and remote troubleshooting.Understanding of networking fundamentals, VPNs, and connectivity issues.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Ability to take ownership of issues and work towards resolution rather than simply escalating tickets.What We're Looking For

Junior Data Analyst

Location: Netherlands (Hybrid)
Employment Type: Permanent

Overview

We are looking for a Junior Data Analyst/ This is an excellent opportunity for an analytically minded professional to work with large, complex datasets and help drive business decisions through data.

Key Responsibilities

Gather business requirements and translate them into actionable insights.Build and maintain dashboards and reports using BI tools.Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement through proactive data analysis.Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate findings and support data-driven decision making.

The ideal candidate would have experience in the following:

1-4 years of experience in a Data Analyst role.Experience with SQLExperience with Power BI, Looker, or similar reporting tools.Comfortable working with large datasets and complex business requirements.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Desirable Experience

Experience with BigQuery.Knowledge of Python.
