As a Customer Engagement Manager, you'll become the strategic link between major corporate clients and our full suite of talent solutions, consultancy services, and GCS project delivery offerings. You'll nurture high‑value relationships, uncover new opportunities, and help clients solve their most pressing workforce challenges.

There's also huge scope to bring in new accounts, fully own them, and grow them into long‑term revenue engines.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Customer Engagement Manager, you'll be the strategic link between GCS and our key clients-driving value, deepening relationships, and opening doors to new opportunities.

Engaging major corporate clients - building strong, consultative relationships with large organisations and understanding their evolving workforce needs.
