Responsibilities:
Act as a trusted technical advisor for enterprise customers.
Build strong relationships with customer stakeholders and drive long-term success.
Understand customer goals, technical environments, and business challenges.
Provide guidance on product adoption, best practices, and solution optimization.
What You'll Bring
Experience in Technical Account Management, Technical Support, Solution Consulting, Customer Success, or Professional Services
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
Workfront
Marketo
Languages required: English and Polish will be a nice to have
