The Program & Portfolio Manager will oversee a wide range of support and analysis tasks relating to customer financing. ✅ Operational Reporting: Oversee operational reporting from all financing partners. Highlight issues and successes as appropriate.
✅ Portfolio Support: Manage and provide support for existing financing transactions outside of outsourced financing programs, offering guidance to sales teams during the entire deal lifecycle.
✅ Model Transition: Assist in transferring existing finance customers from legacy financing models to new outsourced models.
✅ Travel Requirements: Light travel may be required for customer meetings in Germany, Switzerland, and Ireland.
✅ Non-Standard Deal Requests: Manage requests for maintenance rebate and other non-standard deal requests in accordance with published guidelines.
