We are seeking an experienced and client-focused Digital Specialist Support professional to join one of our leading banking clients on a permanent basis at Assistant Vice President (AVP) level. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in enhancing digital client experiences and supporting the ongoing transformation of digital banking services.

Locations: Jersey | Guernsey | Isle of Man
Work Model: Hybrid (2 days per week in the office)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships within the financial industry, providing a world-class service experience.

  • Manage and resolve complex digital banking, servicing, and online cash management issues efficiently.

  • Act as a trusted partner to clients within Fiduciaries, Funds, Family Office, and Corporate segments, understanding their unique needs and ensuring tailored digital support.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance digital platform performance and client satisfaction.

To Be Successful, You Should Have:

  • Proven experience in relationship management within a customer-facing role in the financial services sector.

  • A deep understanding of digital banking platforms, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience working with Fiduciaries, Funds, Family Office, and Corporate clients, demonstrating the ability to build trust and credibility.

Highly Valued Skills:

  • Previous experience as a subject matter expert within a specialist area.

  • Knowledge of accessibility best practices for digital products and services.

  • Strong analytical skills, a methodical approach, and excellent attention to detail.
