We are seeking an experienced and client-focused Digital Specialist Support professional to join one of our leading banking clients on a permanent basis at Assistant Vice President (AVP) level. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in enhancing digital client experiences and supporting the ongoing transformation of digital banking services.
Locations: Jersey | Guernsey | Isle of Man
Work Model: Hybrid (2 days per week in the office)
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong client relationships within the financial industry, providing a world-class service experience.
Manage and resolve complex digital banking, servicing, and online cash management issues efficiently.
Act as a trusted partner to clients within Fiduciaries, Funds, Family Office, and Corporate segments, understanding their unique needs and ensuring tailored digital support.
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance digital platform performance and client satisfaction.
To Be Successful, You Should Have:Proven experience in relationship management within a customer-facing role in the financial services sector.
A deep understanding of digital banking platforms, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in a fast-paced environment.
Experience working with Fiduciaries, Funds, Family Office, and Corporate clients, demonstrating the ability to build trust and credibility.
Highly Valued Skills:Previous experience as a subject matter expert within a specialist area.
Knowledge of accessibility best practices for digital products and services.
Strong analytical skills, a methodical approach, and excellent attention to detail.
