We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a leading UK organisation on an Inside IR35 contract. This is an excellent opportunity for a delivery-focused professional who can lead complex projects, manage diverse stakeholders, and drive successful outcomes across multiple workstreams.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead the end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring objectives are met on time and within budget.Manage project scope, risks, dependencies, timelines, and governance.Engage and influence stakeholders at all levels across the business.Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver business and technology initiatives.Provide regular project status updates and reporting to senior stakeholders.Drive collaboration between internal teams, third-party suppliers, and business partners.Required Skills & Experience5 to 6 years of Project Management experience.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.Proven project delivery experience within:ManufacturingLogisticsService-based organisationsExperience managing multiple concurrent workstreams.Ability to work effectively in fast-paced business environments.Experience delivering projects involving SaaS-based solutions is preferred.Desirable ExperienceExperience working with government suppliers.Exposure to regulated industries and compliance-driven environments.Mandatory CriteriaMust have demonstrable experience working within the private sector.Candidates with a public sector background will not be considered.Immediate availability or up to a 1-month notice period preferred.Contract DetailsContract Type: Inside IR35Work Arrangement: Primarily OnsiteHybrid Working: Up to 2 days per week (where applicable)Start Date: ASAPNotice Period: Immediate to 1 month preferredIdeal CandidateThe successful candidate will be a proactive and results-driven Project Manager with a proven track record of delivering projects in private-sector environments.
