Overview
A global organisation in Cork is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Support Engineer to provide hands-on technical support across office and factory environments. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being on the ground solving a wide range of IT and infrastructure challenges.

Key Responsibilities

Provide onsite support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, AV, and telephony systems.

Configure and deploy new hardware and software for new hires.

Troubleshoot LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi networks and escalate complex issues where needed.

Support infrastructure projects and global IT rollouts.

Perform cabling and patching in MDF and IDF environments.

Technical Environment
Windows 10/11, Office 365, Active Directory, Intune, Exchange, Cisco networking, macOS, iOS, ServiceNow (or similar).

Requirements

5+ years' IT Support or Infrastructure experience.

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Strong troubleshooting ability and self-motivated approach.
