Overview:
An exciting opportunity has opened for a Junior Data Analyst to join a dynamic analytics team within a large-scale enterprise project in Ghent. You will be supporting ongoing BI and data transformation initiatives, particularly around QlikView and the potential migration or re-architecture of the existing reporting stack.
This role is ideal for someone with a foundational understanding of business intelligence, who is eager to work on large-scale data projects, and has exposure to Qlik tools or similar technologies.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the analysis, documentation, and validation of business and reporting requirements.
Support ongoing development, testing, and maintenance of QlikView dashboards.
Collaborate with senior analysts, developers, and business stakeholders to support the modernization of the analytics environment.
Help monitor and assess the quality and performance of current BI solutions.
Contribute to the migration or redesign planning from legacy tools to a new BI stack.
Prepare and maintain reports, data models, and visualizations based on business needs.
Required Skills & Experience
1-3 years of experience in a data analyst, reporting analyst, or BI support role.
Familiarity with QlikView, Qlik Sense, or other similar BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
Strong analytical mindset and basic SQL/data querying skills.
Comfortable working with large datasets and translating data into insights.
Experience working in a structured, project-based environment.
Strong communication and documentation skills in English; Dutch is a plus.
Nice to Have
Exposure to data stack modernization or BI migration projects.
Understanding of data modelling concepts or ETL processes.
Previous experience in enterprise-level environments or working with cross-functional teams.
Contract Details
Duration: 12-month initial contract, with potential for extension
Location: Ghent (Hybrid - 2-3 days on-site per week)

An established organisation in Belgium is seeking a Mid-Level Data Engineer to support a critical re-architecture programme. This is a contract position for an initial 6-12 months, with the strong potential for extension on a rolling basis.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the re-architecture of legacy data platforms, primarily within Qlik Sense / QlikView and Excel-based reporting systems.Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand existing architecture and propose scalable, efficient solutions.Assist in data modelling, data flow design, and optimising on-prem data infrastructure.Collaborate on migration strategies and help transition BI solutions from Qlik to Power BI and Databricks where applicable.Must-Have Skills:
Proven Data Engineer or Data Architect experience, ideally within mid-sized or enterprise environments.Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Qlik Sense / QlikView, including system design and custom development.Solid understanding of data re-architecture and redesign within on-prem environments.Comfortable working with Excel-based data solutions and enhancing their scalability.Nice-to-Have:
