About the Opportunity

Our client is a rapidly growing professional services organisation undergoing an exciting digital transformation journey. They are looking for a Business Analyst to drive process optimisation, support digital adoption, and help shape the future of how teams and clients work together through technology.

This role offers the opportunity to work closely with stakeholders across the business, analyse existing processes, identify improvement opportunities, and implement digital solutions that increase efficiency, automation, and user adoption.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement, standardisation, and automation.
  • Define future-state processes and support the selection and implementation of suitable digital solutions.
  • Drive initiatives focused on digital transformation, workflow optimisation, and operational efficiency.
  • Support the adoption of new technologies, including emerging AI-driven solutions and automation tools.
  • Develop and contribute to change management and implementation strategies for business-wide initiatives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and key users to gather requirements and continuously improve processes and systems.
  • Advise business leaders on digitisation opportunities and best practices.
  • Monitor industry developments, technology trends, and new system capabilities, translating them into practical business improvements.
  • Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions and promote best practices across teams.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience as a Business Analyst, Process Analyst, Digital Transformation Specialist, or similar role.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to map, improve, and optimise business processes.
  • Experience working with digital platforms, business systems, and technology-driven process improvements.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and practical way to end users.
  • Hands-on, proactive approach with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience within professional services, finance, accounting, or advisory environments is advantageous.
  • Interest in digital innovation, automation, AI, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Willingness to collaborate with teams across multiple office locations.
  • French language skills would be considered a plus.
