Overview

We are looking for a creative and commercially-aware Marketing Representative to join our growing team at nGAGE Talent. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated marketing professional who wants to make a tangible impact in a fast-paced, people-focused organisation.

In this role, you will play a central part in supporting and executing marketing initiatives that elevate the nGAGE Talent brand, drive candidate and client engagement, and contribute to business growth across our specialist recruitment divisions.

Key Responsibilities

Brand & Content Marketing:

Create compelling content across digital channels including LinkedIn, email, and the nGAGE websiteDevelop branded marketing materials, case studies, and employer value proposition (EVP) collateralEnsure consistent brand voice, tone, and visual identity across all communications

Campaign Execution & Coordination:

Support the planning, coordination, and delivery of marketing campaigns aligned with business objectivesManage social media scheduling, content calendars, and post performance trackingAssist in the execution of email marketing campaigns and monitor engagement metrics

Candidate & Client Attraction:

Support talent attraction initiatives to enhance candidate pipeline quality and volumeCreate targeted content to support Business Development and client engagement effortsCollaborate with recruitment teams to promote job opportunities and build audience communities

Reporting & Analytics:

Track and report on the performance of marketing activities across key channelsUse data insights to optimise content strategy and campaign effectivenessMaintain dashboards and regularly present marketing performance to internal stakeholders

Events & Partnerships:

Support the coordination of internal and external events, awards, and sponsorshipsAssist with the development of partnerships and co-marketing opportunitiesRepresent nGAGE Talent at industry events and networking forums as required

Collaboration & Innovation:

Work cross-functionally with recruitment, sales, and HR teams to align marketing efforts with business prioritiesBring fresh, creative ideas to the table and contribute to the evolution of our marketing strategyStay up to date with industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging digital marketing tools

What We're Looking For

1-3 years of experience in a marketing role, ideally within a recruitment, professional services, or B2B environmentStrong written communication and content creation skillsFamiliarity with social media platforms (especially LinkedIn), email marketing tools, and basic analyticsCreative mindset with an eye for design and attention to detailHighly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneouslyCollaborative team player who is proactive, adaptable, and eager to learnExperience with Canva, Adobe Suite, HubSpot, or similar tools is a plus

Engage with internal teams to define scope, gather requirements, and understand current challenges and opportunities.Run workshops and discovery sessions to capture functional and non‑functional requirements, converting them into clear deliverables such as technical specs, data definitions, and process maps.Analyse systems usage, operational workflows, and data structures to identify inefficiencies and provide recommendations.Support evaluation of new solutions by assessing risks, cost considerations, feasibility, and alignment with strategic objectives.Produce documentation for development, testing, and change activities, ensuring clarity and traceability throughout delivery.Assist with testing phases, including test case creation, validation, and user/business acceptance.Provide input and support for training materials, communications plans, and change management activities.Monitor adoption post‑launch and highlight opportunities for further optimisation.

Experience and Skills Required

3+ years' experience in a Business Analyst role across digital, systems, or process‑focused environments.Strong process mapping, technical documentation, and requirements‑gathering abilities.Experience analysing workflows and systems such as CRM, case management, fundraising, finance, or data platforms.Strong capability in turning data insights into actionable recommendations.Experience supporting system implementation or large‑scale change initiatives.Clear, confident communication skills with the ability to work across complex stakeholder groups.Comfortable working in structured or agile delivery frameworks.What's on Offer
