Own the full account P&L, revenue targets, pipeline, and commercial performance.

Act as a trusted partner to senior client stakeholders, providing visible leadership, proactive engagement, and a consistent feedback loop.

Liaise between global delivery teams (offshore and near shore) and senior client stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction.

Champion a culture of agility, responsiveness, and accountability while providing the client with confidence and consistency.

Collaborate closely with internal sales and delivery leadership to ensure alignment and long-term value creation.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Location: Based in Dublin, with deep knowledge of the Irish financial services ecosystem.

Experience: 10+ years in account leadership, client partner, or director-level roles in technology or consultancy, with a strong background in financial services.

Background: Previously worked with Tier-1 consulting or systems integration firms (e.g., Accenture, Wipro, EY, etc.).

Strengths: Commercially sharp, relationship-led, politically astute, and operationally strong.

Style: Confident, diplomatic, and credible - able to operate at senior client levels while influencing internal teams.

Mindset: Excited by the challenge of owning and growing a key account in a "scale-up" type environment.

Delivery-aware: You understand tech delivery well and can speak fluently with engineers, project leads, and client stakeholders alike.

Nice to Have:

Prior experience managing a team of 100+ in a blended delivery model (onshore/offshore).

Background in digital transformation, fintech, or enterprise tech solutions.
