Network Support Engineer

We are partnering with a leading network and cybersecurity solutions provider to recruit a Network Support Engineer to join their growing Dublin-based team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside experienced engineers, supporting complex customer environments and gaining exposure to cutting-edge networking technologies.
What You'll Be Doing
As part of a high-performing Network Operations Centre (NOC), you will:
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for customer network environments
- Troubleshoot and resolve network incidents and service issues
- Monitor network performance and conduct proactive health checks
- Manage escalations and support activities in line with agreed SLAs
- Collaborate with senior engineers, vendors, and customer teams
- Contribute to service improvements and technical documentation
- Support enterprise networking environments across multiple customers
What We're Looking For
Essential
- Juniper certification (JNCIA or JNCIP)
- Experience in a Network Support, NOC, Service Desk, or Infrastructure Support role
- Strong troubleshooting and incident management skills
- Knowledge of routing, switching, and network fundamentals
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
Desirable
- Experience with Aruba networking technologies
- Exposure to wireless networking and network security solutions
- MSP, ISP, or enterprise support environment experience

📍 Citywest Business Campus, Dublin
This is a fully onsite position (5 days per week) and is ideal for candidates who enjoy working closely with technical teams in a collaborative environment.
