Fiber Operators are precision-focused assembly professionals responsible for performing detailed production tasks in a clean and controlled manufacturing environment. This role requires strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and the ability to follow standardized work instructions accurately.
Key ResponsibilitiesPerform hands-on assembly processes using table-mounted tools.Execute cutting, stripping, cleaning, and preparation procedures according to established specifications.Work under microscopes and follow visual work instructions.Capture photos and complete basic production documentation.Maintain a clean, organized, and consistent work environment.Collaborate with technicians and team members within a designated area of the production line.QualificationsExcellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.Previous experience with small-parts assembly preferred (electronics, PCB, medical device manufacturing, precision assembly, etc.).Comfortable performing repetitive, detail-oriented tasks with a high degree of accuracy.Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing production needs.Strong communication skills with the ability to follow instructions and ask questions when needed.Additional InformationThis position focuses on assembly and production activities and does not include responsibilities such as:
Making final measurement or quality acceptance decisions.Interpreting engineering tolerances or specifications.Determining pass/fail outcomes for finished products.Comprehensive training will be provided.
