Technical Project Manager II - Security Compliance & Remediation

Team & Role

Join a high-impact Security team responsible for driving compliance, governance, and remediation initiatives across a large-scale technology and streaming environment.

This role will lead remediation efforts stemming from a recent enterprise security audit, partnering closely with Security, Engineering, Privacy, and Compliance teams to ensure findings are addressed, tracked, and delivered on time. This is a hands-on project management role requiring someone who understands security workflows and can confidently engage with technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Drive security audit remediation projects from planning through execution.Coordinate across Security, Engineering, Compliance, and Privacy teams.Track risks, dependencies, milestones, and remediation deliverables.Manage security documentation, reporting, and compliance-related activities.Facilitate stakeholder meetings and provide regular project updates.Ensure security findings are resolved within established timelines.

Key Skills & Experience

5+ years of Project Management experience, including security-focused projects.Strong understanding of cybersecurity, compliance, audit, privacy, and risk management processes.Experience managing security remediation, governance, or compliance initiatives.Ability to work closely with engineering and security teams and understand technical security requirements.Strong stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills.Experience working with auditors, compliance teams, or security controls is highly desirable.

Preferred Background

Telecommunications, media, streaming, or technology environments.Exposure to security operations, compliance, governance, or audit programs.Experience in Agile environments and fast-paced, evolving organizations.
