Embedded Software Architect
We are looking for an experienced Embedded Software Architect to play a key role in designing and evolving embedded software platforms. This position offers the opportunity to influence software architecture, contribute to innovative product development, and help shape modern software engineering processes within a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.
Flexible working hours available (minimum 32 hours per week).
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and enhance embedded software frameworks and platforms.Define and guide software architecture decisions for embedded systems and applications.Collaborate with development teams to deliver robust, scalable, and high-performing software solutions.Contribute to the modernization of software platforms, tools, and development processes.Apply software design principles and architectural best practices to support long-term product success.Participate in pre-development and innovation projects focused on future technologies and solutions.Work within an agile development environment, utilizing modern software engineering practices.Support continuous improvement initiatives and promote technical excellence across teams.
Requirements
Solid experience in embedded software development.Good understanding of embedded systems architecture and software design principles.Experience working with C/C++ or similar programming languages in embedded environments.Knowledge of real-time systems and embedded application development.Familiarity with modern software development methodologies and engineering best practices.Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electronics, or a related technical discipline is beneficial.Experience within industries such as power electronics, industrial automation, automotive, or similar technical environments would be advantageous.
