A fast‑growing SaaS organisation in Dublin city centre is currently seeking a Solutions Engineer for a permanent position.
In this role, you will take ownership of the technical delivery and ongoing success of a portfolio of enterprise customers, acting as their primary technical point of contact across onboarding, integrations and complex use cases.
The company operates a hybrid working model with regular collaboration time in their Dublin office.
What you will be doing in the role:
- Act as the technical owner for a number of enterprise customers across their lifecycle.
- Lead technical discovery sessions to understand client requirements and integration needs.
- Support onboarding, implementations and complex technical configurations.
- Investigate and resolve advanced technical issues beyond first‑line support.
- Work hands‑on with data, integrations and platform behaviour to validate solutions.
- Partner closely with internal engineering, product, data and account teams to deliver high‑quality outcomes.
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor to senior client stakeholders.
- Ensure clients are set up to get maximum value from the platform.
- Contribute feedback from customers to help shape future product improvements.
What you will need:
- Proven experience working in a technical, customer‑facing role within a SaaS environment.
- Background in roles such as Solutions Engineer, Technical Account Manager, Implementation Engineer or Technical Consultant, Technical product owner, Implementation Manager etc.
- Strong understanding of web technologies (HTML, JavaScript, CSS, HTTP).
- Experience working with APIs and data‑driven platforms.
- Confident using SQL to analyse and validate data.
- Comfortable troubleshooting issues independently and taking ownership.
- Experience working with enterprise or complex customers.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Exposure to cloud environments (AWS or similar) is advantageous.
