We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Software Engineer to join a collaborative engineering team building modern, scalable web applications. This role combines frontend development, backend engineering, cloud technologies, and AI-driven solutions, offering the opportunity to work on innovative products that include live video capabilities and intelligent automation.
You will work closely with Product Managers, UX Designers, and fellow Engineers to deliver high-quality features that provide an exceptional user experience while maintaining robust, scalable backend services.
Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain responsive web applications using React.js.
Build intuitive, high-performance user interfaces with a strong focus on usability and accessibility.
Develop and maintain backend APIs and services using Go (Golang), Node.js, or Python.
Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineering teams to define, develop, and deliver new features.
Ensure seamless integration between frontend applications and backend services.
Build, deploy, and maintain cloud-based applications using AWS.
Develop and support microservices and distributed systems using modern cloud-native technologies.
Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and continuous improvement to ensure high-quality software.
Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
Produce clear technical documentation for system designs, APIs, and development workflows.
Work closely with UX Designers to ensure features are delivered in line with the original design intent.
Essential Skills & ExperienceStrong commercial experience developing full stack web applications.
Expertise with React.js and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
Experience developing backend services using Go (preferred), Node.js, or Python.
Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and system integration.
Experience working with AWS cloud services.
Knowledge of microservices architecture and distributed systems.
Experience with Kubernetes and containerised applications.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices.
Strong debugging, testing, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills and experience working within Agile development teams.
Desirable ExperienceExperience developing live video, streaming, or real-time communication platforms.
Experience with video editing technologies or media processing.
Hands-on experience building AI-powered applications, including LLM agents.
Experience implementing solutions using the Model Context Protocol (MCP).
Exposure to modern AI frameworks and agentic workflows.

You will build end-to-end software solutions that connect automation equipment to the people who operate and manage it.
