A global leader in the payments industry is looking for a Marketing Campaign Activation Manager to help transform marketing strategies into impactful, scalable campaigns. This role will play a critical part in connecting Growth Marketing teams with execution partners to ensure campaigns launch successfully across channels, audiences, and business segments.
The Marketing Activation Manager will act as the operational hub for campaign execution, bringing together teams across Marketing, Data, Analytics, Segmentation, Web, and Marketing Technology. This individual will help define campaign requirements, streamline activation processes, and ensure teams have the alignment and resources needed to deliver successful marketing programs.
The successful candidate is a strong communicator, organized operator, and strategic thinker who can manage complex initiatives while driving collaboration across multiple teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with Growth Marketing teams to translate campaign strategies into clear execution plansManage campaign activation timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and stakeholder alignmentCoordinate with internal teams to ensure audiences, data, technology, tracking, and reporting requirements are ready for launchServe as the central point of contact between campaign owners and marketing execution teamsDrive campaign readiness reviews and proactively identify risks, gaps, and opportunities for improvementProvide visibility into campaign status, milestones, and performance insights across stakeholdersCreate scalable campaign processes, workflows, and documentation to improve marketing executionSupport ongoing campaign optimization by collaborating with analytics and insights teamsChampion operational excellence and best practices across the marketing organizationQualifications:
8+ years of experience in marketing operations, campaign activation, lifecycle marketing, or related disciplinesExperience supporting enterprise-level marketing campaigns across multiple channels and audiencesStrong understanding of marketing technology platforms including CRM, automation tools, and analytics solutionsExperience partnering with teams across marketing, data, technology, and business functionsExcellent project management and stakeholder management capabilitiesStrong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance insightsAbility to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environmentBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferredGCS is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
