Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Technology Solutions Architect to design, optimize, and support enterprise systems, data frameworks, and technology solutions that drive business performance and operational excellence. This role will be responsible for developing scalable architectures, ensuring seamless integrations across platforms, and enabling accurate reporting, tracking, and data-driven decision-making.

The ideal candidate will bring expertise in data architecture, systems integration, CRM platforms, analytics tools, and enterprise technologies. Working closely with cross-functional teams, this individual will translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions while establishing best practices for system design, governance, and performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design end-to-end technology solutions, including data flows, system integrations, and process frameworks.
  • Define technical architecture for customer engagement, data management, reporting, tracking, and business processes.
  • Ensure solutions are scalable, efficient, and aligned with enterprise standards.
  • Manage integration requirements across CRM, automation, analytics, and enterprise data platforms.
  • Ensure seamless data flow, synchronization, and consistency across systems.
  • Partner with Data, Analytics, Engineering, Operations, and business stakeholders to align on system and data requirements.
  • Establish standards for tracking, reporting, data governance, and operational processes.
  • Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications and solution designs.
  • Document system architecture, data flows, dependencies, and integration logic.
  • Define and enforce standards for data quality, system usage, and integration best practices.
  • Identify opportunities to improve automation, scalability, and overall platform performance.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies, including AI-driven solutions, and recommend enhancements.
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues related to system integrations, data flow, reporting, and platform performance.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for technology solutions and enterprise architecture initiatives.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Marketing, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered.
  • 10+ years of experience in solution architecture, technology architecture, data architecture, or systems integration.
  • Strong experience with Salesforce CRM, automation platforms, analytics tools, CDPs, attribution platforms, and ETL/integration technologies.
  • Deep understanding of data architecture, data modeling, and enterprise system integrations.
  • Proven experience designing and implementing scalable technology solutions in complex environments.
  • Experience partnering with Data, BI, Engineering, Operations, and business teams.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in large enterprise environments.
  • Knowledge of AI, Copilot, and automation technologies.
  • Experience with reporting, analytics, attribution, and performance measurement frameworks.
