About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Campaign Project Manager to support a fast-paced SMB Marketing organization. This role is responsible for the operational planning, coordination, tracking, and governance of global marketing initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time and aligned across multiple cross-functional teams.
This is not a campaign strategy or execution role. Instead, you will serve as the operational lead responsible for project planning, timeline management, dependency tracking, resource coordination, risk management, and work management governance within Wrike.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and schedules for marketing initiatives.Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure projects progress according to plan.Lead project kickoffs, status meetings, planning sessions, and stakeholder reviews.Track project progress, communicate updates, and provide regular status reporting to leadership.Identify, manage, and resolve project dependencies across multiple teams and vendors.Proactively identify project risks, bottlenecks, and delivery challenges, escalating issues when necessary.Maintain RAID logs, dashboards, project documentation, and executive reporting.Ensure projects follow established governance processes, approval workflows, and project management standards.Serve as the primary owner of project visibility and governance within Wrike.Maintain accurate project plans, assignments, timelines, and status updates in Wrike.Monitor resource capacity, workload distribution, and utilization across marketing teams.Partner with leadership to identify resource constraints and recommend timeline or priority adjustments.Drive continuous improvement of project management processes, reporting, and operational efficiency.Promote standardized project intake, planning, prioritization, and delivery practices.Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.5+ years of project management experience supporting marketing, digital, or cross-functional business initiatives.Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.Strong understanding of project management methodologies, project lifecycle management, and governance.Experience using project management platforms such as Wrike, Asana, Monday.com, Jira, or Smartsheet (Wrike preferred).Excellent organizational, communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills.Proven ability to manage competing priorities, dependencies, risks, and timelines across multiple teams.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience preparing project dashboards and executive status reports.Preferred Qualifications
