We're looking for a Service Desk Admin to join a 24/7 remote support team, managing virtualized environments across multiple clients.
Role: Service Desk Admin
Type: Permanent role
Location: Dublin, Ireland (Hybrid)
Key Highlights:
- Min 1-2 years of experience as IT Support/Technician/Sys admin or similar roles.
Provide tiered support across virtual infrastructure and backup systems.
Troubleshoot incidents and fulfill service/change requests within SLAs.
Perform system patching, updates, and proactive maintenance tasks.
Act as a technical contact for assigned client environments.
Maintain clear documentation and contribute to reporting.
Support virtualization tools, infrastructure monitoring, and endpoint setups.
