Business Analyst - SAP S/4HANA Upgrade (Data Migration & FMCG)

📍 Hybrid (Dublin 24-based)
💼 6 month day rate contract

We're hiring a Business Analyst to support a major SAP ECC 6 to S/4HANA upgrade programme for a leading organisation in the FMCG sector. This is a contract role focused on data migration and business process transformation. You'll join a team led by the programme's Lead BA, working alongside an existing data migration BA.

🔧 What You'll Do

Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to gather and document functional and technical requirementsSupport data migration activities including mapping, cleansing, validation, and reconciliationFacilitate workshops and drive stakeholder engagement across FMCG business unitsAssist in testing, cutover planning, and post-go-live supportEnsure alignment with SAP S/4HANA best practices and project timelines

✅ What We're Looking For

Proven experience as a BA on SAP ECC to S/4HANA upgrade projectsStrong understanding of data migration processes and toolsBackground in FMCG or similar fast-moving industriesExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid setup
