About the Role
We're partnering with a global organisation that is continuing to invest in its Data & Analytics function and is looking to hire a Data Analyst to join its growing team.
This is an opportunity to work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment where your insights will directly influence business strategy and operational decision-making. You'll collaborate with stakeholders across multiple business functions, transforming complex data into clear, actionable recommendations that drive performance and support strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Analyse large and complex datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and business insights.Develop interactive dashboards and reports using modern BI tools.Work closely with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and deliver meaningful analysis.Monitor KPIs and provide regular performance reporting.Identify opportunities to improve data quality, reporting processes, and business performance.Support strategic projects through ad hoc analysis and data-driven recommendations.Present findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Collaborate with Data Engineers and wider technology teams to improve reporting capabilities.About You
Experience working as a Data Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst, or in a similar analytical role.Strong SQL skills with experience querying large datasets.Experience using Power BI, Tableau, or another BI visualisation tool.Advanced Excel skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.A passion for turning data into meaningful business insights.Desirable Experience
Experience with Python or R.Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.Understanding of data modelling and data warehousing concepts.Experience working in Agile environments.Knowledge of statistical analysis or predictive analytics.What's on Offer
