We are seeking an experienced Senior Process Engineer to join our operations team, working closely with both product development and manufacturing groups to design and implement next-generation, high-performance production processes. This position will play a key role in multiple projects, from early concept development and automation through to scaled deployment on the production floor.

Location: Dublin, Ireland (Hybrid)
Core Responsibilities
Design and implement reliable, high-yield processes that consistently achieve product quality and efficiency targets.
Optimize equipment and process technologies to ensure successful scale-up from pilot to full production.
Partner with product design teams to ensure smooth transfer of new products into manufacturing, including validation and ramp-up.
Manage external suppliers and partners in the design, build, and installation of new manufacturing systems-from concept through to site integration.
Drive continuous improvement in existing processes and equipment to support product launches and ongoing production needs.
Develop and maintain clear technical documentation related to processes and manufacturing operations.
Create and execute validation and qualification activities for equipment and processes to ensure reliability and compliance.
Serve as a subject-matter resource for specific production technologies and support knowledge sharing across the team.
Oversee commissioning and scale-up of new production capabilities, with a focus on precision assembly and advanced manufacturing methods.
Conduct risk assessments in collaboration with safety and environmental teams when introducing new equipment, materials, or processes.
Qualifications & Experience
Background in medical/pharma or applied sciences with a focus on manufacturing, product development, or related technical disciplines.
Experience in regulated manufacturing environments, ideally in industries such as medical technology, healthcare products, or similarly high-compliance fields.
Familiarity with international quality and safety standards as they relate to product development, validation, and compliance.
Track record of successfully contributing to the introduction of new products into manufacturing.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant industry experience.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Effective interpersonal and negotiation skills to align stakeholders and achieve organizational goals.
Clear written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in standard office and project management tools.
