We're looking for a driven Business Development Executive to join our expanding team and take ownership of growing our client base across the tech, telecom, and broadcast sectors.

What You'll Be Doing
- Identify, target, and win new business across the tech, telecom, broadcast, and media sectors
- Build and manage a portfolio of client accounts, driving revenue growth through consultative selling
- Conduct discovery calls, meetings, and presentations to understand client hiring needs and position GCS solutions
- Negotiate terms, rates, and contractual agreements with hiring managers and procurement teams
- Partner closely with the recruitment team to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients using CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and market intelligence
- Attend industry events, networking functions, and client hospitality opportunities to build market presence
- Consistently achieve and exceed BD revenue targets and KPIs
Who We're Looking For
We're seeking entrepreneurial, commercially-minded individuals who thrive on building relationships and closing deals.
- 1-4 years of B2B sales or business development experience, ideally within staffing, recruitment, or a related professional services environment
- Proven track record of winning new business and achieving sales targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Highly motivated, self-starter mentality with resilience and drive
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities across a sales pipeline simultaneously
- Familiarity with CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and outbound sales techniques
- A passion for technology and an interest in the talent industry
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $50,000-$70,000 (experience based)
- Commission: Uncapped commission structure with accelerators for high performers
- Hybrid Flexibility: 3 days onsite in Orlando, 2 days remote
