A leading global organization in the payments and financial technology space is seeking a Marketing Program Manager to support the planning, activation, and execution of enterprise marketing initiatives. This role will be responsible for bringing structure and operational excellence to complex marketing programs by connecting strategy, technology, data, and execution teams.
The Marketing Program Manager will work closely with Growth Marketing and cross-functional partners to ensure campaigns are fully aligned, operationally ready, and delivered effectively across channels and business segments. This individual will play a key role in managing campaign workflows, improving processes, and enabling scalable marketing execution.

Key Responsibilities:
Support the end-to-end planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels and regionsPartner with marketing leaders and campaign owners to translate business objectives into actionable execution plansManage campaign timelines, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables to ensure successful launchesCollaborate with teams across Data, Analytics, Segmentation, Marketing Technology, Web, and Digital Solutions to align campaign requirementsCoordinate campaign readiness activities including audience setup, data requirements, tracking, reporting, and technology enablementAct as a central point of coordination to improve communication, streamline workflows, and remove execution barriersIdentify potential risks, gaps, and opportunities while proactively driving solutions across teamsCreate and maintain campaign processes, documentation, playbooks, and operational frameworks to improve consistency and scalabilitySupport campaign measurement efforts by partnering with analytics teams to ensure accurate reporting and performance visibilityLeverage insights and feedback to continuously improve campaign execution strategies and operational processesQualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred8+ years of experience in marketing operations, campaign management, marketing program management, or related rolesProven experience managing complex, cross-functional marketing initiatives from strategy through executionStrong understanding of multi-channel marketing campaigns and customer engagement strategiesExperience working with CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, analytics solutions, and MarTech ecosystemsDemonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, and stakeholders in a matrixed organizationExcellent communication, organizational, and project management skillsStrong problem-solving abilities with the ability to identify challenges and drive solutionsAbility to connect marketing execution strategies to measurable business outcomesGCS is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
