Overview
We are looking for a creative and commercially-aware Marketing Representative to join our growing team at nGAGE Talent. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated marketing professional who wants to make a tangible impact in a fast-paced, people-focused organisation.
In this role, you will play a central part in supporting and executing marketing initiatives that elevate the nGAGE Talent brand, drive candidate and client engagement, and contribute to business growth across our specialist recruitment divisions.
Key Responsibilities
Brand & Content Marketing:
Create compelling content across digital channels including LinkedIn, email, and the nGAGE websiteDevelop branded marketing materials, case studies, and employer value proposition (EVP) collateralEnsure consistent brand voice, tone, and visual identity across all communicationsCampaign Execution & Coordination:
Support the planning, coordination, and delivery of marketing campaigns aligned with business objectivesManage social media scheduling, content calendars, and post performance trackingAssist in the execution of email marketing campaigns and monitor engagement metricsCandidate & Client Attraction:
Support talent attraction initiatives to enhance candidate pipeline quality and volumeCreate targeted content to support Business Development and client engagement effortsCollaborate with recruitment teams to promote job opportunities and build audience communitiesReporting & Analytics:
Track and report on the performance of marketing activities across key channelsUse data insights to optimise content strategy and campaign effectivenessMaintain dashboards and regularly present marketing performance to internal stakeholdersEvents & Partnerships:
Support the coordination of internal and external events, awards, and sponsorshipsAssist with the development of partnerships and co-marketing opportunitiesRepresent nGAGE Talent at industry events and networking forums as requiredCollaboration & Innovation:
Work cross-functionally with recruitment, sales, and HR teams to align marketing efforts with business prioritiesBring fresh, creative ideas to the table and contribute to the evolution of our marketing strategyStay up to date with industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging digital marketing tools
What We're Looking For
1-3 years of experience in a marketing role, ideally within a recruitment, professional services, or B2B environmentStrong written communication and content creation skillsFamiliarity with social media platforms (especially LinkedIn), email marketing tools, and basic analyticsCreative mindset with an eye for design and attention to detailHighly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneouslyCollaborative team player who is proactive, adaptable, and eager to learnExperience with Canva, Adobe Suite, HubSpot, or similar tools is a plus

What You'll Be Doing
Identify, target, and win new business across the tech, telecom, broadcast, and media sectorsBuild and manage a portfolio of client accounts, driving revenue growth through consultative sellingConduct discovery calls, meetings, and presentations to understand client hiring needs and position GCS solutionsNegotiate terms, rates, and contractual agreements with hiring managers and procurement teamsPartner closely with the recruitment team to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfactionDevelop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients using CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and market intelligenceAttend industry events, networking functions, and client hospitality opportunities to build market presenceConsistently achieve and exceed BD revenue targets and KPIs
Who We're Looking For
We're seeking entrepreneurial, commercially-minded individuals who thrive on building relationships and closing deals.
1-4 years of B2B sales or business development experience, ideally within staffing, recruitment, or a related professional services environmentProven track record of winning new business and achieving sales targetsStrong communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsHighly motivated, self-starter mentality with resilience and driveAbility to manage multiple opportunities across a sales pipeline simultaneouslyFamiliarity with CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and outbound sales techniquesA passion for technology and an interest in the talent industry
Compensation & Benefits
