The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic business professional to assist in the transition to a new ERP system. In this role, you will support key account managers by addressing queries from stakeholders and customers, generating reports from multiple ERP systems, and helping produce daily, weekly, and monthly KPI reports.

The ideal candidate is highly organised, analytical, and capable of managing multiple complex projects simultaneously. Advanced PC skills (Excel, Word, Power BI) are essential, along with strong communication and presentation abilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Support reporting requirements during the ERP system transition.

• Assist key account managers with strategic IT projects.

• Analyse, cleanse, and validate data from multiple sources, combining financial and non-financial information.

• Generate operational, pricing, and KPI reports for stakeholders.

• Ensure data accuracy across internal and external systems.

• Manage IT system interfaces and follow internal processes while remaining adaptable to a fast-paced environment.

Key Skills & Experience

• Minimum 2 year's experience in a business or supply chain role.

• Strong understanding of complex project management and stakeholder engagement.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Power BI.

• Strong analytic, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, team-oriented, and professional approach.

• Knowledge of ERP reporting tools, including SAP Business Warehouse/Business Intelligence, is essential.

• Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic, fast-changing environment.
