About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager (or a highly skilled Project Coordinator ready for the next step) to support a large-scale risk review initiative. This role centers on coordinating the right stakeholders, with a strong emphasis on compliance and risk alignment. The successful candidate will ensure seamless project execution, effective communication across teams, and oversight of tool implementation and testing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage project activities related to risk and compliance reviews.
  • Engage and align cross-functional teams, ensuring appropriate stakeholders are involved throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Oversee the implementation, testing, and validation of relevant tools.
  • Track project progress using predefined metrics, KPIs, and deliverables.
  • Prepare clear project documentation, reports, and presentations for senior stakeholders.
  • Ensure milestones are met and risks are identified, escalated, and mitigated effectively.
  • Collaborate closely across multiple departments, including teams in Europe and Manila.
