Overview
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead and coordinate the Risk Review process across 500+ wave initiatives associated with GP 2025 and Organizational Design. This role plays a central part in shaping and refining the Risk Review framework, serving as a pilot project to establish a scalable, repeatable process for future initiatives.
The Project Manager will oversee multiple initiatives at once, guiding stakeholders through each step of the Risk Review cycle and ensuring structured, timely decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management of the Risk Review Process
- Manage the end‑to‑end Risk Review process for assigned wave initiatives.
- Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and pain points in the current workflow and propose improvements to help establish a formal, streamlined Risk Review process for future use.
- Serve as the primary point of coordination between initiative owners, stakeholders, and cross-functional contributors.
Day‑to‑Day Tasks
- Ensure all stakeholders complete required intake forms accurately and on time.
- Track and report the Risk Review status for each initiative.
- Request, collect, and coordinate additional information needed to complete reviews.
- Organize next steps with initiative owners and ensure alignment across teams.
- Maintain a structured repository of decisions, documents, and outcomes.
- Manage multiple initiatives concurrently, ensuring each follows the full set of Risk Review steps through to decision.
Tools & Technology
- Excel / Google Sheets:
- Must have advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, dashboard building, formulas, and data tracking.
- High comfort level managing large datasets and creating visual status reports.
- Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive)
- Potential involvement in testing new tools or platforms as they are introduced (to be confirmed).
Experience & Qualifications
- 2-3 years of solid Project Management experience in a large, matrixed organization.
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders across different teams or regions.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage several parallel workstreams.
- Comfortable driving structured processes, following up with stakeholders, and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Detail‑oriented, analytical, and able to clearly communicate risks, decisions, and next steps.
