Global Campaign Project Manager

Location: 100% Remote
Contract: 12+ Months

Overview

We are seeking a Global Campaign Project Manager to support a leading global payments organization. This role is responsible for project planning, governance, dependency management, resource coordination, and operational oversight across SMB Marketing initiatives. The focus is on ensuring projects are planned, tracked, resourced, and delivered successfully across multiple teams.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of Project Management experience supporting marketing, digital, or cross-functional business initiatives
  • Must have FinTech, Payments, Banking, or Financial Services industry experience
  • Proven experience managing large-scale, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong background in project planning, timeline management, risk mitigation, and dependency tracking
  • Experience with Wrike (preferred) or similar project/work management tools
  • Expertise in executive reporting, dashboards, RAID logs, and portfolio reporting
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and dependencies
  • Coordinate work across Campaign Activation, Marketing Automation, Insights, Data Operations, Digital Experience, agencies, and other stakeholders
  • Lead project kickoffs, status meetings, and stakeholder reviews
  • Identify risks, bottlenecks, and resource constraints and drive resolution
  • Maintain project dashboards, status reports, and governance documentation
  • Serve as the primary owner of project visibility and compliance within Wrike
  • Support resource planning, capacity management, and workload forecasting
  • Drive operational excellence through standardized project management processes and reporting
