Marketing Activation Manager

A leading global payments organization is seeking a Marketing Activation Manager to drive the successful execution of strategic marketing campaigns across multiple regions, channels, and business segments. This role will serve as a key connector between marketing strategy and execution, ensuring campaigns are effectively planned, aligned, and delivered with operational excellence.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in marketing operations, campaign management, and cross-functional collaboration. This individual will partner with teams across Growth Marketing, Data, Analytics, Martech, Web, and Marketing Solutions to create scalable processes that enable high-impact campaigns and measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead campaign activation efforts by partnering with marketing stakeholders to define objectives, audiences, timelines, and success metrics
  • Coordinate across cross-functional teams including Marketing Operations, Data, Insights, Segmentation, Martech, Web, and Solution Architecture to ensure campaign readiness
  • Manage campaign workflows, dependencies, and execution milestones to support successful launches
  • Facilitate alignment sessions with key stakeholders to identify requirements, resolve challenges, and maintain execution momentum
  • Ensure campaign components including audience strategy, data requirements, tracking, and technology dependencies are prepared for launch
  • Monitor campaign progress, communicate updates, identify risks, and support issue resolution throughout execution
  • Develop and improve campaign activation frameworks, processes, templates, and best practices to drive consistency and scalability
  • Partner with analytics and reporting teams to support campaign measurement, performance tracking, and optimization efforts
    • Coordinate across cross-functional teams including Marketing Operations, Data, Insights, Segmentation, Martech, Web, and Solution Architecture to ensure campaign readiness

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred
    • 8+ years of experience in marketing operations, campaign management, marketing activation, or related marketing roles
    • Experience managing complex, multi-channel marketing campaigns from planning through execution
    • Strong understanding of CRM, marketing automation, analytics platforms, and marketing technology ecosystems
    • Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a matrixed enterprise environment
    • Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail and execution quality
    • Strategic mindset with the ability to connect marketing initiatives to measurable business results
