About the Role

Our client, a leading FinTech and Payments organization, is seeking an experienced Marketing Activation Manager to drive the successful planning, coordination, and execution of enterprise marketing campaigns across multiple channels, regions, and business units.

This individual will serve as the central point of coordination between Growth Marketing and key execution teams, ensuring campaigns are aligned, operationally ready, and delivered on time. The ideal candidate will bring strong campaign management, stakeholder engagement, and marketing operations experience within a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with marketing stakeholders to understand campaign goals, audience strategies, and success metrics.
  • Coordinate campaign activation across Data, Analytics, CRM, Martech, Web, and Marketing teams.
  • Ensure campaign readiness by managing timelines, dependencies, audience requirements, tracking, and reporting needs.
  • Facilitate cross-functional meetings to align stakeholders and resolve execution challenges.
  • Monitor campaign progress and provide updates on milestones, risks, and overall status.
  • Drive issue resolution and ensure successful campaign launches.
  • Develop and maintain campaign activation processes, workflows, and best practices.
  • Improve operational efficiency through standardized templates and scalable execution frameworks.
  • Partner with reporting and analytics teams to monitor campaign performance and support optimization efforts.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Campaign Management, Marketing Program Management, or related functions.
  • Strong understanding of multi-channel marketing campaign execution.
  • Experience working in complex, cross-functional environments.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to connect marketing execution to business outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience within FinTech, Payments, Financial Services, Technology, or B2B SaaS organizations.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM and Marketing Automation platforms such as Salesforce, Marketo, Eloqua, HubSpot, Pardot, or Adobe Campaign.
  • Familiarity with reporting and analytics tools including Power BI, Tableau, Google Analytics, or Adobe Analytics.
  • Experience establishing campaign governance, operational processes, and execution frameworks.
