A leading global logistics and technology organization is bringing hundreds of new facilities online across the United States - and every one of them needs power before it can open. We are hiring experienced Program Managers to join the energy team driving that buildout.

This is the same site energization challenge dominating the data center world, applied to one of the largest industrial programs in the country. You will sit at the intersection of program management and electrical infrastructure - driving utility interconnections, running power due diligence on new sites, and deploying bridge power solutions that keep multi-million-dollar construction timelines on track.

What you will do

  • Lead power due diligence for new sites: available capacity, interconnection requirements, timelines and cost
  • Engage directly with utility providers to secure capacity and drive interconnection at the lowest cost
  • Partner with site design, engineering and construction teams to rightsize power requirements and remove blockers
  • Develop temporary and bridge power solutions where permanent connections lag
  • Run program cadence across a portfolio of sites: stakeholder coordination, timelines, reporting and escalation

What we are looking for

  • A blend of program management and genuine electrical subject matter expertise - able to run a complex, multi-stakeholder program while holding technical conversations about substations, transformers and load
  • Hands-on experience of the utility interconnection process - you have taken a facility or project through it end to end
  • Backgrounds we value: electrical engineers from the utility distribution side, grid resiliency or renewables integration, and data center or large-scale site energization
  • Comfortable operating at pace with senior stakeholders across engineering, construction and external utilities
