Job Summary:

We are looking for an IT Recruiter to join our team and manage the full recruitment lifecycle. This includes sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, processing employee status changes, and conducting exit interviews. The role also involves supporting HR administration to ensure smooth and efficient operations.


Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment: Source, interview, and hire IT candidates for various roles.
Onboarding: Conduct new employee orientations and process all necessary paperwork.
Employee Status Changes: Manage status changes such as promotions, transfers, and exits.
Record Maintenance: Keep accurate and up-to-date employee records.
HR Support: Provide administrative support to the HR team.


Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field (preferred).
Experience: Previous experience in HR or recruitment, ideally within the IT sector (preferred).
Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills.
Other: Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
