What You'll Be Doing

Source, screen, and qualify technical candidates across telecom, broadcast, and media sectorsBuild strong candidate pipelines through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, and referralsManage the end-to-end recruitment process: from sourcing through interviews, offers, and onboardingPartner with Account Managers/BD Executives to understand client needs and deliver tailored recruitment strategiesConduct in-depth interviews to assess skills, culture fit, and career motivationsMaintain accurate candidate records, update CRM/ATS systems, and track recruitment KPIsProvide a consultative experience for candidates, guiding them through the process and positioning GCS as a trusted partnerStay ahead of market trends, competitor movements, and talent shifts in the telco/broadcast industry

1-3 years of recruitment experience (agency or in-house) - tech/telecom/media recruitment is a plusStrong sourcing skills and familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and Boolean searchExcellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport quicklyHighly organized with strong attention to detail and time management skillsSelf-motivated and target-driven, with resilience to thrive in a performance-led cultureA true team player with a passion for people and technology

Compensation & Benefits

Job Title: Network Engineer

Contract: 12+ Months

Role- Hybrid- 4 days onsite in a week

Job Description

Comcast is seeking an experienced Network Engineer to support lab‑based testing, configuration, and validation of network technologies that power our nationwide infrastructure. You'll work within a lab environment to test, optimize, and validate network designs that enhance reliability, performance, and scalability across edge and customer‑facing networks. This includes supporting traditional and next‑gen network hardware, enabling faster speeds, improved resiliency, and enhanced customer experience.

Responsibilities

Configure, test, and validate devices for backup connectivity and LTE network integration.Perform hands‑on configuration of IP routers, switches, telephony CPE, and Cradlepoint hardware.Design, configure, and deploy LAN/WAN network connections, including hardware, software, and communication services.Support and troubleshoot SD‑WAN Versa deployments in a lab environment.Work with next‑generation firewalls for configuration, testing, and policy validation.Optimize network and system performance; identify and resolve performance bottlenecks.Support traditional analog and digital network hardware as needed.Monitor and maintain network infrastructure to meet Comcast standards for reliability and performance.Participate in lab testing cycles, documentation, and validation of new network solutions.Collaborate with engineering teams to support edge compute and network intelligence initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience

5-8 years of hands‑on experience with Cisco and Juniper routers.Strong knowledge of internetworking design, routing, and backup connectivity solutions.Solid understanding of Layer 2 and Layer 3 technologies.Deep experience with routing protocols such as BGP, MPLS, OSPF.Hands‑on experience with SD‑WAN technologies, preferably Versa.Experience with next‑generation firewalls such as:Cisco ASAPalo AltoFortinet / FortiGateJuniper SRXCheck Point NGExtensive experience with Cisco switches and routers in lab or production environments.Ability to troubleshoot complex network issues in a structured lab setting.

Qualification

Industry certifications such as CCNA, JNCIA, or equivalent.Experience building, replacing, and validating system hardware in a lab environment.Exposure to network automation, scripting, or risk‑management practices.

Familiarity with LTE/5G connectivity and wireless backup solutions
