I am hiring a Product Manager to drive the strategic development, execution, and life cycle of our products. You will play a key role in aligning product initiatives with business objectives, delivering high-quality products that meet market needs and customer expectations.


Role Details:

Product Strategy and Roadmap:

  • You will develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy.

  • You will create and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with business objectives.

  • You will conduct market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats.

Product Development:

  • You will collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to define product requirements and specifications.

  • You will prioritise features and manage the product backlog.

  • You will input into the product development lifecycle from conception to launch.

Stakeholder Management:

  • You will function as the primary point of contact for product-related inquiries and decisions.

  • You will engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure alignment.

  • You will communicate product updates and progress to senior management and other key stakeholders.

Market Research and Analysis:

  • You will conduct user research and analyse data to understand customer needs and behaviours.

  • You will monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to inform product strategy.

  • You will use data-driven insights to make informed product decisions.

Performance Measurement:

  • You will define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success.

  • You will conduct post-launch evaluations and identify areas for improvement.

  • You will iterate on products based on user feedback and performance metrics.

  • Product Development: You will oversee requirement gathering, design collaboration, and feature definition.

  • Market and User Research: You will conduct market analysis, user feedback, and data analysis to enhance product decisions.

  • Stakeholder Management: You will manage communication, presentations, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.

  • Product Launch and Post-Launch Activities: You will define the go-to-market strategy, provide training, monitor performance, and drive product iteration.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: You will foster collaboration within teams, address issues, and drive continuous improvement.

  • Personal Development and Team Contribution: You will lead learning and development initiatives, mentor your team, and encourage team engagement.

  • Product Strategy: You will be skilled in creating clear, strategic product road maps and guiding them to successful execution.

  • Analytically & Data-Driven: You will have strong analytic skills and the ability to use data to make informed decisions.

  • Collaboration & Teamwork: You will excel in working collaboratively in cross-functional teams, with strong interpersonal skills.

  • Proven Track Record: You will have experience managing the entire product life cycle and delivering successful products.

  • Methodology Expertise: You will have knowledge of agile methodologies, frameworks, and proficiency with tools like ADO, JIRA, Trello, or similar.

  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in [industry or specific domain] is highly desirable.


Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.

  • Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in product management or a related role.

  • Skills: Strong communication skills, proficiency in product management tools, and solid organisational abilities.

  • Personal Attributes: Highly motivated, self-driven, with a customer-centric mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
