IT Project Manager/Project Coordinator

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager / Project Coordinator to assist with the delivery of three strategic AI pilot programmes. This role requires a strong combination of project management expertise, stakeholder engagement, and a solid understanding or keen interest in AI-driven solutions.

You will play a key role in bridging technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring successful pilot delivery and setting the foundation for future AI scale-up.

Key Responsibilities

  • Involvement in Defining project scope, timelines, milestones, and success criteria
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams
  • Monitor progress, manage risks, and proactively resolve blockers
  • Ensure clear communication, reporting, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle
  • Evaluate pilot performance and provide recommendations for scaling successful initiatives
  • Support the integration of AI solutions into business processes
