Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join their Brussels-based team. You will play a pivotal role in driving data-led strategies across e-commerce operations, supply chain optimisation, and customer analytics. This is a critical assignment that will directly impact commercial outcomes, operational efficiency, and growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Extract, clean, manipulate, and analyse large datasets from multiple sources (ERP, CRM, e-commerce platforms).Develop actionable insights and present clear, data-driven recommendations to key stakeholders.Build and maintain robust dashboards and reports using BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or Looker).Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Product teams to support business initiatives.Perform customer segmentation, sales trend analysis, and forecasting to inform merchandising and marketing strategies.Identify opportunities for data quality improvement, process automation, and operational efficiencies.Support the implementation and optimisation of a new data infrastructure, working alongside Data Engineers and Architects.Translate business requirements into technical specifications for reporting and analytics solutions.

Key Skills & Experience:

Proven experience (5+ years) as a Data Analyst, preferably within retail, e-commerce, or luxury sectors.Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualisation tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).Experience working with cloud-based data platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus).Solid understanding of ETL processes, data modelling, and data warehousing concepts.Ability to handle large, complex datasets and transform them into meaningful business insights.Familiarity with e-commerce analytics tools (Google Analytics, Shopify, Magento analytics).Exceptional analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.Strong communication skills - ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Fluent in English; knowledge of French or Dutch is an advantage.
