Job Summary
We are seeking a QA Tester with strong experience in Broadband and Mobile Platforms to validate end‑to‑end functionality, performance, and reliability of telecom services. The role focuses on testing mobile (4G/5G), fixed broadband (FTTH/DSL), and converged services, ensuring high service quality across devices, networks, and customer journeys.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform functional, integration, system, and regression testing for broadband and mobile platforms.
- Validate end‑to‑end service flows including provisioning, activation, billing, usage, roaming, and customer self‑care.
- Test mobile network features such as:
- 4G/LTE & 5G services
- Voice (VoLTE/VoWiFi)
- Data services, tethering, hotspot usage
- SIM, eSIM, device onboarding
- Test broadband services including:
- Fiber/FTTH, DSL, Fixed Wireless Access (FWA)
- Modem/Router provisioning (CPE)
- Speed, latency, packet loss, and stability
- Conduct API testing between OSS/BSS, network elements, and digital channels.
- Validate cross‑platform experiences (Android, iOS, Web portals, CRM tools).
- Perform network‑related testing such as:
- Throughput, handover, latency, jitter
- Location‑based and mobility scenarios
- Support UAT and production validations for new releases and migrations.
- Log, track, and manage defects using test management and defect tracking tools.
- Collaborate closely with network, platform, product, and DevOps teams.
- Review requirements with a strong focus on telecom workflows and SLAs.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of experience in QA / Testing in Telecom, ISP, or Mobile Platforms.
- Strong understanding of mobile and broadband technologies:
- 4G/LTE, 5G, IMS
- FTTH, DSL, FWA
- Experience testing OSS/BSS systems (provisioning, billing, CRM, order management).
- Hands‑on experience with API testing tools (Postman, Swagger).
- Knowledge of network protocols & tools:
- TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS
- Wireshark, iPerf, Speed test tools
- Experience testing mobile applications on Android & iOS.
- Familiarity with SIM/eSIM lifecycle, device compatibility, and network configurations.
- Solid defect analysis, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.
Good to Have
- Experience in 5G Standalone (SA) / Non‑Standalone (NSA) testing.
- Exposure to automation testing for APIs or UI (Selenium, Cypress, Appium).
- Understanding of cloud-native telecom platforms and microservices.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps testing practices.
- Experience with performance and load testing tools.

- Test Management: JIRA, Zephyr, TestRail
- API Testing: Postman, ReadyAPI
- Network Tools: Wireshark, iPerf
- Mobile Tools: Android Studio, Xcode, device farms
- Automation (optional): Selenium, Appium
