Program Manager - Energy & Power

A confidential opportunity with a leading global logistics and technology organization scaling one of the largest facility buildouts in the country. Every new site needs power before it opens, and we are hiring Program Managers to lead the energy and power workstream that unblocks it.

This role blends program management with hands-on energy expertise. One hour you are running a stakeholder standup and reporting on portfolio timelines; the next you are deep in a technical discussion on interconnection, capacity and temporary power. If you can do both, read on.

Day to day

  • Manage power and energy delivery across a portfolio of new sites
  • Run power due diligence - capacity, interconnection requirements, timelines and cost
  • Engage utility providers to secure power at the lowest cost and shortest timeline
  • Rightsize power needs and unblock design, engineering and construction teams
  • Stand up bridge and temporary power solutions to keep site timelines on track
  • Coordinate multiple stakeholder teams and report to senior leadership

Experience needed

  • Proven program or project management on complex, multi-stakeholder infrastructure programs
  • Real subject matter knowledge of electrical infrastructure and the utility interconnection process
  • Ideal profiles include electrical engineers from the utility distribution side, energy program managers from major technology companies, and specialists in site energization, grid resiliency or renewables integration
  • Confident holding technical conversations while keeping a large program moving
