Energy Program Manager

If you have delivered power to data centers or large-scale sites, this is that skill set at the center of one of the biggest infrastructure buildouts in the country. A leading global technology and logistics organization is energizing hundreds of new facilities across the US, and we are hiring Energy Program Managers to make it happen.

You will own the path from "empty site" to "powered and operational" - assessing grid capacity, driving utility interconnection, and standing up bridge power so construction never waits on the grid.

Core responsibilities

  • Run site-level power due diligence: capacity availability, interconnection cost and timeline
  • Own utility engagement end to end - capacity studies through to energization
  • Coordinate design, engineering, construction and internal power teams across a large site portfolio
  • Deploy temporary and bridge power (generators, mobile solutions) to protect opening dates
  • Report status, risks and timelines to senior stakeholders across a multi-site program

Ideal background

  • Program or project management experience delivering power and energy for data centers, hyperscale, or large industrial sites
  • Strong grasp of electrical infrastructure: substations, transformers, power demand and site design fundamentals
  • Direct experience of the utility interconnection process
  • Bonus: grid resiliency, renewables integration or microgrid experience
  • A genuine 50/50 blend of program management and technical energy expertise
