Solution Architect
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Solution Architect to design, optimize, and support the marketing technology ecosystem that powers SMB Marketing initiatives. This role will be responsible for developing scalable marketing solutions, ensuring seamless data integration across platforms, and enabling accurate campaign tracking, attribution, and reporting. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in marketing technology, data architecture, CRM systems, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end marketing technology solutions, including data flows, system integrations, and campaign execution frameworks.
- Define and maintain marketing architecture for campaign tracking, tagging, lead management, audience segmentation, and attribution.
- Partner with CRM, Marketing Operations, RevOps, SalesOps, and Enterprise Data teams to ensure seamless data integration and alignment.
- Develop and maintain data integration requirements across Salesforce CRM, marketing automation platforms, CDPs, analytics tools, and other marketing technologies.
- Establish standards and best practices for marketing data governance, tracking, attribution, and reporting.
- Translate marketing and business requirements into detailed technical specifications and scalable solutions.
- Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and optimization efforts across the marketing ecosystem.
- Troubleshoot complex issues related to marketing data, integrations, lead management, and campaign performance.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on marketing technology architecture and emerging technologies, including AI-powered marketing solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Information Technology, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of experience in marketing technology, solution architecture, data architecture, or systems integration.
- Strong experience with marketing platforms such as Salesforce CRM, Marketo/Pardot, CDPs, analytics tools, attribution platforms, and ETL/integration solutions.
- Deep understanding of marketing data architecture, data modeling, system integrations, and campaign measurement.
- Proven ability to design and implement scalable marketing technology solutions in a complex enterprise environment.
- Experience collaborating with enterprise data, business intelligence, engineering, and marketing teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to business stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working within large enterprise marketing organizations.
- Knowledge of AI, Copilot, and marketing automation technologies.
- Experience supporting marketing performance measurement, attribution models, and reporting frameworks.
