I'm partnering with a major global organisation embarking on a large-scale cyber security transformation programme that will shape the security and resilience of critical manufacturing and operational environments across an international business footprint.
This is a rare opportunity for an experienced Delivery Lead to drive the implementation of Operational Technology (OT) cyber security initiatives across manufacturing sites worldwide. You'll play a key role in delivering major cyber transformation projects that directly support operational resilience, regulatory compliance, and the protection of critical production systems.
The initial focus of the role will be the rollout of OT monitoring capabilities across priority manufacturing locations, with future projects likely to include Secure Remote Access, IT/OT network segregation, threat detection enhancements, and broader OT security improvement initiatives.
Working closely with manufacturing leadership, engineering teams, cyber security specialists, business stakeholders and third-party vendors, you'll be responsible for ensuring complex programmes are delivered successfully, on time, within budget, and aligned to security and operational objectives.
What You'll Be Doing
* Leading the end-to-end delivery of OT cyber security programmes across multiple manufacturing environments.
* Translating strategic objectives into detailed delivery plans, milestones, dependencies and workstreams.
* Managing project governance, stage-gate approvals, reporting, budget tracking and delivery control.
* Coordinating internal technical teams, operational stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure successful implementation.
* Managing risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies across a complex transformation environment.
* Driving stakeholder engagement across engineering, operations, cyber, architecture and leadership teams.
* Supporting business change, adoption, training and operational readiness activities.
* Ensuring solutions transition effectively into BAU support models following deployment.
* Maintaining compliance with recognised security, governance and operational standards.
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience delivering cyber security, technology transformation or digital change programmes.
* Experience leading large, multi-stakeholder projects across geographically dispersed organisations.
* Strong project delivery, governance and programme management capability.
* Experience working within complex, matrixed environments with competing priorities.
* Understanding of cyber security frameworks and standards such as NIST, ISO 27001, IEC 62443, CIS Controls and related regulatory requirements.
* Experience managing project budgets, reporting, forecasting and vendor delivery.
* Strong risk management and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and operational audiences.
* Ability to build trust and influence senior stakeholders across manufacturing, engineering, security and business leadership functions.
Desirable Experience
* Delivery of Operational Technology (OT) or Industrial Cyber Security programmes.
* Manufacturing, industrial, food production, engineering, energy, utilities or critical infrastructure environments.
* IT/OT network segregation projects.
* OT monitoring and threat detection initiatives.
* Secure Remote Access deployments.
* Experience within federated organisations, large enterprise environments, consultancy or managed service providers.
* Certifications such as PMP, MSP, CISSP, CISM or equivalent.
