About the Role

We are seeking a Technical Program Manager IV to lead multiple high‑impact programs across our client's Entertainment platforms. This role supports global product delivery for IDS, XVP, and Voice, driving execution across backend systems powering the Entertainment OS, content discovery, and data surfacing for client applications.

This is a high‑visibility, technical, cross‑functional role requiring strong communication, deep platform understanding, and the ability to align teams across multiple domains. The TPM will own 3+ concurrent programs, each with significant technical complexity and business impact.

Key Responsibilities

Program & Portfolio Leadership

  • Manage 3+ simultaneous, high‑impact programs across Entertainment platforms.

  • Develop program strategy, business cases, and high‑level plans aligned with enterprise goals.

  • Drive end‑to‑end program delivery, ensuring on‑time, on‑budget execution.

  • Build and maintain program roadmaps, quarterly plans, and domain‑level artifacts.

  • Track milestones, identify risks early, and drive mitigation strategies.

  • Lead negotiations, risk discussions, and cross‑team alignment to prevent siloed execution.

Cross‑Functional Alignment

  • Partner with internal engineering, product, architecture, and platform teams.

  • Communicate program status, risks, and decisions clearly to leadership.

  • Facilitate alignment across platforms, ensuring clarity of ownership and dependencies.

  • Support high‑exposure initiatives driving growth for Entertainment platforms.

Technical Leadership

  • Operate as a mid‑to‑high technical TPM with architecture‑level understanding.

  • Demonstrate working knowledge of backend systems, APIs, services, and hosting environments.

  • Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure technical feasibility and integration readiness.

  • Understand how backend systems support content discovery and data surfacing.

Governance & Best Practices

  • Apply advanced program management methodologies and frameworks.

  • Maintain documentation, wikis, dashboards, and reporting artifacts.

  • Ensure transparency, accountability, and proactive communication across teams.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 7-10 years in Technical Program Management or related IT leadership roles.

  • Proven experience managing multiple concurrent programs in complex, multi‑platform environments.

  • Strong understanding of backend systems, APIs, services, and platform architecture.

  • Experience with global product delivery and large‑scale platform initiatives.

  • Highly proactive, organized, and skilled in risk management and cross‑team alignment.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills; able to influence without authority.

  • Familiarity with tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, Fluence, Figma, Confluence/Wiki.

  • Local Philadelphia knowledge/background preferred.

  • Experience in entertainment, streaming, or large consumer platforms is a strong plus.
