We're supporting a European organisation investing heavily in AI to transform complex operational processes. They are looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead a portfolio of AI-driven products that combine intelligent automation, human expertise, and emerging agentic AI capabilities.
This is not a feature-owner position. You'll own a complete product domain, working closely with users, engineers, and business stakeholders to define strategy, prioritise investments, and deliver measurable outcomes.
What You'll Be DoingOwn the product vision, roadmap, and delivery for AI-powered workflow products.Work closely with engineering teams and AI specialists to bring new capabilities into production.Partner with business stakeholders and end users to understand needs and identify opportunities.Define product priorities based on customer value, business impact, and technical feasibility.Support large-scale adoption initiatives alongside change management teams.Drive AI-enabled efficiency improvements while laying foundations for more autonomous agent-driven processes.Oversee product delivery, external partners, and budget considerations.What We're Looking ForExtensive Product Management experience with ownership of successful products.Experience working on AI-powered products or building meaningful AI solutions.Strong product intuition and an excellent understanding of user needs.Ability to influence senior stakeholders and navigate complex environments.Comfortable working in a transformation programme where processes and structures are still evolving.Fluent English required. What You'll Be DoingOwn the road-map for a portfolio of AI-powered products and workflows.Define priorities, make trade-off decisions, and guide investment across your product domain.Partner closely with engineering, business analysis, change management, and senior stakeholders.Spend regular time with users to understand challenges, validate opportunities, and drive adoption.Lead discovery, product strategy, delivery, roll-out, and continuous optimisation.Help introduce agentic AI solutions into existing workflows while preparing for more autonomous AI-driven processes in the future.Make release and risk decisions, balancing innovation with quality and compliance requirements.Manage external technology partners and product budgets where required.What We're Looking For5+ years of Product Management experience.Proven ownership of a product that was launched, adopted by users, and remained under your responsibility after go-live.Strong product judgement and stakeholder management skills.Experience building AI-enabled products or solutions beyond basic chat-bot usage.Ability to explain technical concepts to business users and business problems to technical teams.Comfortable operating in ambiguity and helping shape ways of working within a growing product organisation.Fluent English and conversational Dutch preferred.Ideal BackgroundsWe welcome candidates from a variety of environments, including:
