We're looking for a hands-on, reliable Cabling Technician to join our fast-paced operations team. You'll support critical hardware and infrastructure-installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting servers, cabling, power systems, and environmental controls.

Ideal for candidates with experience in IT support, network cabling, HVAC/electrical systems, or technical operations. If you're detail-oriented, comfortable with physical work, and ready to grow in a dynamic environment-this role is for you.

What You'll Do

  • Rack and maintain servers, network gear, and power units
  • Run, terminate, and test copper/fiber cabling
  • Monitor and respond to hardware alerts and system issues
  • Document work and support escalation as needed
  • Work rotating shifts (including nights/weekends)

What We're Looking For

  • 1+ year of experience in IT, cabling, facilities, or hands-on tech roles
  • Familiarity with hardware troubleshooting and cable management
  • Comfortable with physical tasks (lifting, racking, tool use)
  • Basic understanding of Linux/Windows systems or scripting (a plus)
  • Team player with strong problem-solving and communication skil
